The art of pantomime
Damir Dantes can do anything. And he doesn't need anything for that. Whether driving a car without a car, shopping without clothes or getting married without a bride: the pantomime artist plays with the imagination of the audience and creates situations, spaces and people out of nothing. The art of pantomime replaces music, language, props and stage sets. Discover a new form of communication and be amazed, enchanted and inspired.
From individual episodes to a full-length programme
The artist has a repertoire of around 60 episodes on various themes. Whether satirical and socio-critical or romantic and dramatic numbers, with or without musical accompaniment, as a short performance or full-length programme: the sequence and theme of the performance can be adapted to your wishes. One episode lasts five to fifteen minutes, an evening programme consists of eight to twelve episodes and lasts about 70 minutes. If required, the artist can also develop a completely new programme for you.
The pantomime artist
Damir Dantes was already dancing at the age of eight. He trained in different dance styles and learned the art of pantomime at various schools in Germany and abroad and with teachers such as Marcel Marceau and Peter Makal. Dantes can be seen with his own body theatre programmes on various stages in Switzerland and abroad and teaches pantomime to adults and children as a theatre educator.
