The band "The Nighthawks" specializes musically in a potpourri of rock, blues and country songs of the 20th century. Their repertoire includes songs from Elvis to Eric Clapton, from Johnny Cash to Gary Moore and from Dwight Yoakham to the Blues Brothers. Whether rather powerful and racy or dreamy and contemplative: With "The Nighthawks" the heart always rocks along, both with the musicians on stage and with the guests at your party.

The four musicians

Jann "Johnny B. Goode" Flückiger, singer and lead guitarist, has been hitting the six strings since he was a tender child and has performed with a wide variety of bands and musicians throughout his career.

Sonja "Sunny" Gerber joined the band in November 2021 as 2nd guitarist and vocalist. She learned to play guitar with Johnny because it has always been her dream. And she lives this in her job and now also with the Nighthawks. She also loves and rides heavy motorcycles.

Bidu "Big Daddy" Bürgy is a passionate bass player and singer and loves blues and rock. He is also enthusiastic about other styles of music, but only those that groove properly.

Our drummer Bruno "The Magic" Nussbaum has already played with greats like Céline Dion and Koreana. He owns 4! Golden records and you can feel the joy when he swings his drumsticks.
