The casual presenter at your event

Alexander Wenger moderates light conversations just as skilfully as serious panel discussions. With his easiness, openness, creativity and many years of experience, he quickly wins the trust and sympathy of his discussion partners. The humorous and quick-witted nature of the Zurich native entertains and inspires the audience, whether during short performances or during evening- or day-long events.

From youth presenter to producer

He stood in front of the camera for the first time at the age of ten, and at 14 he hosted his first beauty pageant: the "Miss and Mister Fiesch Pageant". Alexander Wenger became involved in a youth television programme during his school days and made it to television at the age of 20 with a blind application. There he worked his way up from intern to producer. Today, he works as a freelance presenter, producer and realisator for television.

The talented presenter has already led three times through the glamorous Miss Earth Switzerland elections in front of several hundred spectators. As a reporter for TeleZüri, Alexander Wenger reported live on site about court cases and accidents. In the summer of 2015, he searched for the young politicians' desired voters in the "Wähler gesucht" programme on SRF1 and travelled throughout German-speaking Switzerland for eight National Council candidates. In 2019 he hosted ten episodes of the "Generation 5G" programme on Sat.1 Switzerland. For four years Alexander has been on stage at the "Zurich Pride Festival" - the largest LGBTIQ festival in Switzerland.
