A cappella through the songs of Europe
With their beautiful, strong, sonorous voices, the singers of the vocal ensemble "Tirami-Via" create moods of inspiring musicality. The singing is always a cappella, i.e. without accompaniment by a piano or a band. The repertoire of the ensemble is extremely broad. It includes vocal music from all over Europe as well as classical music and traditional songs from the Mediterranean area. You can book "Tirami-Via" in small formations (at least ten singers) or as a whole ensemble.
The ensemble from the Bern area
The vocal ensemble "Tirami-Via" was founded in 1994 by the still active director and conductor Daniela Schumacher. A total of 24 singing enthusiasts belong to the ensemble. They all come from Bern and the surrounding area and have been accompanied by a steadily growing and loyal concert audience for many years.
