A Breeze of Longing
Bossa Nova, the Brazilian musical fusion of slow samba and cool jazz, has been the passion of the professional band ChiBossa for about 25 years. Singer Jenny Chi performs the classics in their original Portuguese and infuses the music with great sensuality through her warm, clear, and virtuosic voice.

For private events, Jenny Chi performs well-known and lesser-known gems of bossa nova by Tom Jobim, Ary Barroso, Chico Buarque, and various other greats of this late-1950s musical style. Performances are available as a duo (vocals and guitar or piano), a trio (vocals and guitar or piano and double bass), a quartet (plus drums/percussion), or a quintet (plus drums/percussion, guitar, and piano).
